What is Resident Plus?
Resident Plus is $14/month (or $119/year) for unlimited ScoutVault, document Q&A, and Meeting Toolkit. Subscribe from pricing without an account first; after payment, create your account or sign in with the same email to activate. Responding to a violation stays free.
Do I need an account before I subscribe?
No for Resident Plus, Portfolio, Agent Solo, Brokerage Starter, or Brokerage Pool. Start checkout at Stripe first. Resident Plus and Portfolio bill starting today (no trial). Agent Solo and brokerage monthly plans include a free trial with $0 today and free ScoutReports to start; annual Agent Solo and Brokerage Starter have no trial. Then create your account (or sign in with the same email) to activate. The free homeowner violation workflow still starts with a free account.
What is the certified mail charge?
Certified mail is not included as a free monthly benefit with Resident Plus. You can send a one-time certified response for $29 without subscribing, or start Resident Plus and send the current certified response for $19 today.
What is a ScoutReport and why is it $49?
ScoutReport is for buyers reviewing an HOA before purchase. You can run a real preview for free; unlocking the full report for one resale package is $49.
What is the difference between Brokerage Starter and Brokerage Pool?
Brokerage Starter ($149/mo or $1490/yr) includes 5 shared ScoutReports per month for up to 10 agents. Brokerage Pool ($199/mo) includes 10 shared reports for up to 30 agents, plus branding, roster support, and domain onboarding. Agent Solo ($39/mo or $390/yr) is for individual agents.
Do Agent Solo and Brokerage Starter offer annual billing?
Yes. Agent Solo is $39/month with a free trial ($0 today), or $390/year billed annually (about two months free, no trial on annual). Brokerage Starter is $149/month with a trial, or $1490/year billed annually (no trial on annual). Brokerage Pool is monthly only today.

Portfolio is $29/month or $290/year for landlords and small property managers who need ScoutVault document storage per rental, plus HOA notices, deadlines, drafts, and certified responses across multiple properties.
